Is anytime else having this issue?
My luxe screen wakes upon moving my wrist and when I tap the screen. However, I can't do anything else. No seeing other stats, no changing screens. It's like once I'm looking at the clock face and that's it. This just started a couple of days ago and in that time I've restarted it several times, talked to support, and changed the clock face but nothing works. They sent me a coupon code to get another one but since it's Christmas time and everything is already on sale, it doesn't work. Plus, I don't want another one, I just want to make mine work. Does anyone have any suggestions to try other than what I've done already?

Hi, @Nerdwife17 the only thing I could suggest beyond what Customer Support has advised is to try the restart procedure again (maybe a couple of more times) and then repeat the changing clock face procedure. Hopefully trying again a few more times will kick it back to life!
