Luxe stopped working

Display is completely dark, battery doesn’t last, doesn’t charge properly, doesn’t track sleep, doesnt track steps correctly

Hi there, @VVeronicaVV. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe has stopped working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it sounds like you're experiencing a charging issue. This would explain why the battery is draining quickly, the black screen, and the data not being recorded. If it doesn't have enough battery life, it won't function properly.

With that being said, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. 
If you are charging your Luxe on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
