Luxe stops working in the middle of the day

My Fitbit luxe is repeatedly stopping mid afternoon and I have to keep syncing it with my phone!!! Only had this issue for the last week. Anyone else got this issue or similar?

@FranQB Have you tried restarting or completely resetting the device to see if that fixes it?

I'm having the same issue. I did do a restart but that didn't seem to help.

@ngarbati Did you do a total factory reset? The steps are in the link I posted in my above comment.

Yes, but its still a problem.

I had to "forget" and resync the device to my account. But that only got me about 6 days and it's acting up again. 92% battery and just arbitrarily shut off. 

- before that I tried putting it on the charger and doing the three long pause restart, or putting it on the charger and restarting the device, these got me through the day if I happened to catch it when I was near my charger but no longer working.

Mine just completely shuts off!!!! Today it happened 5 times. Have to connect it to the charger to restart it😠 This started last week

Still happening to me. Stopped recording step half way into a 1 hour walk this morning. So frustrating and disappointed too that FITBIT don’t come up with an update to fix this!!
