My luxe is not showing anything other than the logo and sometimes an X sign nothing else and I tried resetting with usb button just vibrates and that’s it. It’s new only bought it two days ago, someone help!

Hi there, @Samanam. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
In order to solve the issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.

hello, it won't even connect to bluetooth no more, I was advised to disconnect Bluetooth and follow this: Thanks for the info. We noticed that your Luxe is currently unpaired from your account. To set up the device, see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm. Should you experience any difficulties in setting up the device, refer to this link for troubleshooting steps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872.htm.
I did the troubleshooting, it doesn't show up on the fitbit app to connect to. It just flashes the logo from time to time whilst on charge and that is it.
