“Split” clock face makes Luxe to crash

Has anyone else noticed that split clock face crashes the device? Changing clock face to “Split” design on my Luxe and my daughter’s Luxe caused them both to crash today, I had to wipe one and it took an hour to get it to pair. The other one took multiple attempts at updating to reset itself. We use the app on iPhone - how can I make the developers aware of this potential bug ?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sogoatly.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe devices. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

At the moment, we haven't received any report about issues with the Split clock face. In this case, I would recommend restarting your Luxe by following these instructions.

Hope this helps.
