Can't add current weight

My new Luxe has picked up old information from 2012 and I can't add my daily weight or change or delete the goal weight from ..01.  I will not change my email just to fix this as suggested. Is there not another way?

As I see it, data from 2012 is not a factor.  The issue is you say you cannot enter your weight.  Please provide details.  You should be able to just tap the + sign on the weight tile on phone app to get to "Log Weight" screen where you can enter your weight.  If you try that, what happens?

By the way, your data from 2012 was not actually picked up by the Luxe; it is there  in the Fitbit database under your account.  It was there and stayed there before you ever got the Luxe.
