Luxe stuck on a yellow rectangle

on my Luxe watch, I see only yellow screen or large yellow rectangle. I have tried to restart the device and it did not work. Device firmware is 20001.188.58

Hello there, @singhikumud. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is stuck on a yellowish rectangle screen. Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot your device before posting here. I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Fitbit Luxe from the phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to the Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off the phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up the Fitbit Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Fitbit Luxe.

If you can't get started with the Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I tried your suggestions and Fitbit Luxe still has yellow screen as a
result I cannot connect this device to my phone as I can read the 4 digit
number on my watch.
