My fitbit luxe refuses to change to the correct time. I've gone on holiday an hour ahead and my luxe is stuck and hour behind.
I have tried every piece of advice and guide available here to no avail.
I have tried changing it manually in my profile, it does not change. I've even tried completely resetting it as a new device and it WILL NOT change!
I'm at a complete loss now, it even seems to be toying with me saying 'last synced 1 hour ago' whenever I manually sync it, as if my phone knows it's an hour ahead, fitbit app knows it is but the device itself refuses to cooperate
Help?!

Hi there, @GoatmanUX. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have tried all of the above. Readding it as a fresh install just syncs it with my account and provides no help.
I've tried resetting it in its cradle and even removing all usage data from the menu on the fitbit itself.
The issue still occurs. On the app it's almost like it's laughing at me as it'll say 'synced a moment ago' then 2 seconds later go back to saying 'synced an hour ago' when it realises my phone time is an hour ahead of the fitbit time.
Nothing has worked.
