Luxe syncing difficulties

Hi I bought a Luxe a couple of weeks ago and having the common sync issues, it will only sync and update when the watch is attached to it's charger. 

 

I have until 27 August to return it to Amazon so wonder if there is likely to be a fix for it by then as I don't want to risk losing my money back on a product that isn't performing as it should. 

 

Is there an actual date that Fitbit expect it to be sorted by please - i love the watch but don't like the bluetooth sync issues?

 If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app, open the Fitbit app, and sync your Fitbit device. 
  2. Please follow the steps provided in this help article Why won’t my Fitbit device sync?   
  3. Restart Luxe and manually sync your device.

Don’t wait you need to send back and get a new one. I have had three now! The first screen went faulty, the second was so poorly put together the edges of the outer case were like razor blades so on to my third. I think FB have a problem with their manufacturing as the quality has gone right down. Shame really.

is yours syncing ok with your phone now? 
i tried all the steps the moderator said plus what they said to do on the online chat and will not work. Only way of viewing your steps etc in the app is to take the watch off and connect it to the charger

 

very disappointed

Hi none of the above worked unfortunately

tried the online chat and did what they suggested and still does exactly the same

 

do you know when the firmware fix for the sync issue will be released please????

Send it back to Amazon. Don’t put up with a shoddy product. I am now using my 3rd luxe so fingers crossed this will work properly. Good luck!
