Luxe syncing issues

My luxe sometimes only sync half and my watch says something different compared to the app. Or sometimes doesn’t sync at all. Considering the amount of money I have paid for the watch I don’t expect these issues. Plus I can’t even find a contact detail for fitbit UK.

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Luxe as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
