My previous Fitbit was the inspire. Every day I would use the countdown timer of 10 minutes and it worked perfectly as it would vibrate that my 10 minutes was up. I got a new luxe device, and when I set the timer for 10 minutes it never alerts me when the time is up. This is causing me to go over the 10 minute time frequently, or waste time checking where the timer is at. Is there a trick to this? What's the point of a timer if it doesn't alert you when it is up?

Hi there, @Kheinric. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please note that Fitbit Luxe as well as the Inspire, should vibrate when your the time allotted is done. For more information, see How do I set a timer or use the stopwatch on my Fitbit device?
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. Then, please try using the time again to see if this time it vibrates.
