Luxe touch screen difficulties

Hello,
I did the update for the Fitbit Luxe a few days ago, but I'm not really happy with it.

I don't sleep with my Fitbit Luxe on. He used to stay out. Usually, when I wake up in the night the screen is on and the time digits are half blue, half white.

Sometimes when I touch the screen it goes away, the letters turn completely white again and I can swipe, and then it is back to normal. 

But most of the time he doesn't respond to the touches. No double tapping, no swiping in any direction.
Is there any way on how I can fix this?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

When going to sleep you can manually turn on Sleep Mode or set a sleep schedule. This feature sets the screen's brightness of your Tracker to dim. For instructions on how to navigate your Luxe, please visit this article.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

In addition, please make sure to wear your Luxe by following these instructions.
