The screen on my Luxe has stopped responding properly... when double tapped, the clock shows, but I can't scroll through the menus anymore. It was also scrolling through menus autonomously, giving me weird notifications.
Tried a restart on the charger twice, downloaded and installed a new clock face, no change.
I even gave the screen a quick wash in case something was smudged on it and put lotion on my hands in case it was my fingers.

Hi @Wolthyme It doesn't sound good. Perhaps try a few more Restarts but if that doesn't help then I'd say I has died. If it is still under warranty then contact Fitbit Support
