Luxe touchscreen is unresponsive

My Luxe screen does not respond to screen taps, it does not track steps, and is 100% charged.  It has been recently updated.

Hi there, @SteppinDiva. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe screen is not responding. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
