My luxe turns off randomly and often when I am walking/working out and I don't have the charger nearby. When I connect to the charger, the luxe comes back on...with the time when it turned off. It usually resets in a few minutes but I lost all the data from my workouts. It has been happening more often now.
I see that many others are having the same issue. Should I forget Fitbit and go to another solution?

I'd like to know if you tried restarting the device by pressing the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. If not, try this out: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
