Luxe won't turn on

I charched my luxe last night and when I put it on charge, the charging display showed up so I went to sleep. When I woke up this morning, there was no display when I tapped the screen on charge, and no display has been shown since. My app says the luxe is 100% charged. I have also tried the recommended restart of toching three times, waiting a second in between blablabla. Last time this happened, it was because my charger was broken but I don't think it is the same thing as the charging display was shown when i put it on charge. 

Someone please help me!!

thankyou! my luxe is working again, i cleaned the back of my watch as well at the chargers pins and it is charging now.
