An update was suggested. I attempted this, but it hasn't worked (according to my app) and now luxe is unresponsive. I have tried everything suggested .... press button on charging cord 3 times. The fitbit logo lights flash but there's no vibration and nothing else happens.
I left luxe charging overnight and tried again this morning, but still no response. According to app luxe is only 30% charged.
