Luxe unresponsive on full charge

My Fitbit will be fully charged and then 5 min after taking it off the charger it’s unresponsive. When I check the app it still says it’s fully charged but it won’t turn on/show any screen.

Is it an issue if a battery that needs to be replaced? If so, how do I go about doing that?

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Luxe. Sorry for the difficulty that you are experiencing.

I'd like to know if you are able to see the green lights in that back of the device when it's unplugged from the charging cable?

If you don't see any light, I'd suggest you follow the steps listed in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Please, try to perform a restart as indicated below:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

If the device is still unresponsive:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

You can also restart your device in another way. Disconnect the device from the charging cable, wait one second, then reconnect. Repeat this process 3 times within an 8-second interval. After that, wait 10 seconds for the device to restart.

The green light glows for a second or two when i charge but beyond that it doesn't

I've tried to restart it multiple times after seeing other posts but the issue persists. The charge is on 100% but it doesn't work anyways
