I am on my second Fitbit Luxe watch. Both of them have had the watch face fall out of the watchband case. Conveniently, this happens right after the warranty expires. I am thinking about upgrading my watch but want to know if this is an issue with any of the other versions of Fitbit trackers/watches. Has anyone had the same issue with other watches? Thank you.

Hi @Willybear. The Sense and Versa models have the most reports about screens falling off. Pretty uncommon in the Charge 5/6, Inspire 3, and Luxe forums.
