Luxe will not sync with Jitterbug Lively 3

I purchased the Fitbit luxe for my mother. We have no problem setting it up using the Fitbit app on her brand new jitterbug lively smart 3 phone. The luxe will sync for about 12 hours then suddenly stops. The Bluetooth phone settings show that the luxe is connected. We’ve reset the watch and set it up again. Deleted the app and reinstalled, still won’t  sync. The phone is running Android 10.0. Please help. I’m using the same watch on my iPhone 12 with no issues.

Forgot to mention that we also had Bluetooth on the phone forget the device. Still the same issue as I mentioned in my last post.
