Every time my luxe vibrates for my alarm or active minutes or reminders to move just any vibration it switches off blank screen absolutely nothing even on 100% battery . The only way to get it back on is to connect it to the charger where the blue logo appears and it’s fine until it vibrates again then a black screen .Can vibrate be switched off for everything until Fitbit come up with a fix?

Hi there, @CarolineWood27. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As @NellyG has mentioned, there's no way to turn all vibrations off. Nevertheless, you can try enabling DND mode on your Luxe. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

On the other hand, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If any of the above seems to work, please follow @NellyG's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @CarolineWood27 Unfortunately there is no way to turn all  vibrations off. You can cut down the number you get by turning off all alarms, notifications etc, but you can't stop them all. It sounds more like a tracker issue to me rather than a software issue, so I doubt it will recover if Restarting your tracker doesn't help.i think you probably need a new tracker. If it is still under warranty then contact Fitbit Support
