Luxe won't charge properly

Luxe shows charging when I attach it to the charger... after a while it reach to 99%... but when I remove the charger it dies and when I attach it again it says 1% and starts charging again. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Normstorm. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not charging properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Luxe on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

I have tried all that already. Still same issue. When I connect the Luxe to the charger it says it charging and I can see the % go up and up and finally it reaches 99%. But directly when I unplug it it dies and when I connect it again it starts from 1% again. I even restarted the Luxe after it reached 99%, without removing it from the charger. After the restart it starts from 1% again
