Luxe won't charge

My Luxe is my 4th Fitbit, I’ve had the same problem with every Fitbit I’ve had, the luxe will not charge, it seems like the connection isn’t strong enough, I sat for nearly 2 hours yesterday holding it together & it went from 2%-4%, then I had to go to work & now it’s completely dead, I’ve not even had it for a year & I’m still paying it off. I’ve tried restarting it. But it’s dead.

Exact same situation here. I cleaned the prongs and metal connections, tried new chargers, taped the two together for added support and nothing. I treat my watch very well. I’ve never banged it, I don’t wear lotion, I keep it clean from oils. I’ve never actually had a problem with prior versions. It hasn’t been a year, I think it should be replaced.

I’ve done everything that has been suggested, I really look after my Fitbit, I clean it regularly, I’ve even sat holding it connected, but nothing works & the battery & Fitbit is now completely dead. I bought it in June 2021.

Same problem with mine last 2 weeks won't fully charge and now just charging to 14% and cutting off.

I’ve tried ringing the support line for Fitbit, but I’m always in the queue, I was in the queue for nearly 3 hours last week & was rapidly running out of minutes on my phone, the online support service just sends me back to the home page or the forums page, nothing actually gets resolved.
