My Luxe isn’t charging, prior to completely dying it was coming up as an error that it wasn’t connected to charger. This was while it was vibrating off and on showing it was charging (although it wasn’t). Now that it has completely died it won’t even show that it is connecting to the charger at all. I’ve tried cleaning it and changing outlets as well as charging port. Please help!
