Luxe won't charge

Has anyone had challenges with their Luxe charging? I’ve only had mine since end of May and it will not charge. Dead as a door nail…😩

Hi @Korean2 Try THIS Help Article on charging problems. I hope you can resolve the issue. If it continues contact Fitbit Support  as it should still be covered by warranty

I'm having this issue, and it's making me crazy. I've already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps multiple times. It's like the pins aren't connecting. But it's random. So sometimes it charges no problem. Sometimes I have to wiggle it. Lately I've been adding a little paper on the other end of the charger to maybe help it press more toward the pin side. AND - extra fun - sometimes it's got the charging screen, but it's actually draining, and then it gets stuck on that screen while draining the battery, and it won't connect at all for me to follow the steps to restart it.

 

I've already spoken to support when the screen froze and it was draining. Pure luck that while I was talking to them it decided to connect enough for it to restart. 

 

Bonus: It won't track while the screen is showing my draining battery that looks like it's charging, but it will still sync. 

 

I'm starting to be highly annoyed
