Luxe won't charge

I got a free Fitbit Luxe in November’22 from UHC Renew Active.

The watch fails to charge.  When I attempted to charge it today, the battery completely drained and now appears dead.

Hi @Sunfluer Try THIS Help Article on charging problems. If nothing helps the contact Fitbit Support  - it should still be coveredby warranty.

I returned the defective LUXE for an exchange under the warranty.  I’m waiting for a replacement.
