My Luxe touch screen has stopped responding entirely.
The screen does auto wake but I can’t get off the first clock face screen
I’ve tried resetting it using the button on the charger. It appears to reset but that doesn’t make the screen start responding
I’ve tried changing clock faces but again that hasn’t resolved it.
I was really hoping the latest firmware update would give it a boot but it’s made no difference at all.

I am also struggling with the watch screen on my Luxe. It flickers and then goes to a solid light gray rectangle. I cannot access any data, time, etc. I have tried "resetting" by powering the watch plugged into my laptop and pressing the charger button 3 times. Absolutely no improvement.
It seems Fitbit would address this.
I'm disgusted.
