I,ve purchased 2 fitbits. 1st one Inspire, 2nd Luxe. After about a year the 1st one would not charge, now the second won't charge also.

Hi, @Mshattles, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  I clean my Fitbits with rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) on cotton wool swabs & detail with a cotton bud which ensures the contacts are clear of any skin product I use. This also reduces the risk of a skin rash and while I have the swab in hand I clean my phone, keyboard & mouse. This is particularly effective on my old Sense.
