My fitbit works properly but when I try to sync with my app all my activity data is lost. Example: yesterday I had 12 zone minutes because of cycling. I saw them on the display of luxe. When I synced on my phone there where no minutes in the app, and also none on the display of luxe.

Hi, @Belleblaasbel, welcome to the community, may I suggest you try restarting your Luxe? From the clock screen swipe down to settings & then down to HR (check it is in the "On" position), swipe down to the bottom & restart (you need to touch the restart button to confirm)
You do not mention how you record your Cycling if you rely on the auto-recognise feature you need to review to Auo recognise settings. From the Today screen in the Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left corner>activity & wellness>exercise>outdoor bike>ensure the slider on the right top is in the on position and the "Longer than" value is less than the planned extent of your ride (I'm assuming you are cycling outdoors)
