Luxe won't charge

My Fitbit Luxe completely ran out of charge and will not re-charge. I have tried another charging lead, in case that was the fault, but still not charging. Help please!

Hi @Sheilasluxe   Please see this Help article for more troubleshooting steps: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?   If nothing helps, then it might have a battery charging fault.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, much appreciated. 
I have cleaned the charging terminals, as per guidelines, and am waiting for the WST h to be thoroughly dry before I try charging again.

Hi Laurie, I’ve had to accept that my wretched Luxe is dead. 😕 I’ve given in and ordered another as I’ve not been able to find any other make/model which is so neat. The majority of smartwatches now are almost as big as my long lamented beautiful little Nokia. Yep, I’m sure it’s an age thing but as a youngster I delighted in the miniaturisation of every day stuff 😄
