Luxe not working

Can the community please help me from screaming ! 

I recently completed a fund raiser and needed to log my steps / kms each day over a week also my sleep. 

My fitbit decided to fail , then work, then fail. The specific problems I have been experiencing include: 

Showed wrong date and time - did reset via settings on app as well as phone ! Kept defaulting to 3 hours behind! 

Would not log sleep data - was looking to analyse how the additonal walking impacted/ if at all my sleep patterns.  Said that it was not available at this time? 

What  has happened to this product ?  Both my Luxe and the application are not working consistently and I have no reliability nor trust in this tracker as well as the application. 

Solution, I wore my partners APPLE smart watch for the walks so he could log my steps. No wonder he laughs at the google performance of my Google phone ( Pixel 9 XL )  and now my Luxe ( seems to be since they took it over) . 

I do not want to be resetting all the data and feeling that I cant rely on a simple product and the application! 

Has anyone returned their product successfully for a refund ?  I am entirely unhappy.

I'm having the same problem but now when it does power on it ha a totally different time and I can't seem to fix it.

Same! It started yesterday and nothing is working. I followed all the trouble-shooting steps and it will not reset. I deleted the app, shut off my phone, shut off the bluetooth, nothing. Hard reset by pressing the button three times on the charger - nothing. Reset using settings on the phone - nothing! It is now useless as it will not sync with my phone and does not work as a watch. How do we get in touch with an actual expert or customer service?
