I put my Fitbit Luxe on the charger and didn't realize it wasn't charging. And when I looked it seems as though the battery is actively draining as the percentage keeps going down. I've tried charging from a USB port on my laptop and using a separate charging block plugged into the wall. I have also tried resetting by holding the button on the charger. Nothing is working. I started at 35% and 1 hour later I'm down to 6%.

Hello @Killasandra! It’s nice to see you here!
Thank you for letting us know about your Luxe that is not charging.
I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you have tried before contacting. Have you tried cleaning the charging contacts on your watch and charging cable? Please follow the steps in this help article to clean them.
You can also try this type of reset on your Luxe:
Once the contacts are clean and the reset is done, please connect it to the charging cable on a computer and leave it for a few minutes to check if it charges.
