I get the message to update my Luxe. When I try to do it, it starts and then I get the message "couldn't update, something went wrong." I have tried restarting, force stop, etc. This has gone on for 2 days. While my fitbit continues to track steps and sleep, the watch stays black. Please help!

Hi @JuleeD, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Thanks for sharing with me what happened on your Luxe regarding you not being able to update your device, I know how you must be feeling.
I also appreciate the previous steps you already tried and I am going to recommend you the next article that might help you to improve your situation.

Hi, is nice to see you here again!
As a following step I recommend you the following article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
Secondly is important to know the latest version available, to know which one you have you can go to this article: Update your Fitbit device in the section of ¨How to find the version number of a Fitbit device¨
For you to know the latest version available for the Luxe device is currently the 194.91. In the future if you want to know the latest version of a product you can check this article: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
