you and me both! Returned my original one 6 months in because the bracelet clasp was faulty. Nightmare ever since! I’ve now had 3 replacements … all of which are “refurbished!” Replacements, first 2 wouldn’t hold the charge for more than 20 hours, third one bit yet tested. So very disappointed and really frustrated.
Have had every Fitbit since my first charge. The Luxe is garbage and Fitbit should do better to solve issue or issue refunds! So disappointing!
Best AnswerI couldn’t agree more. Very disappointed. I certainly didn’t appreciate the warranty was only good for a “refurbished” replacement or 50% discount on another purchase but no refund. Disgraceful! Next time, if there is a next time, I will buy from John Lewis who give a straight forward 2 year guarantee with no catches. The luxe might look prettier but it’s rubbish!
Good luck with that. I’ve spent hours on the phone with at jest 5 customer services reps who won’t pass me on to a manager …. Always the same response …. You are under warranty so you can have 50% of a new purchase or a refurbished replacement. Most frustrating thing is I bought the bracelet Special edition Luxe for £180 …. The bracelet is fine!!!!
