Luxe won't hold a charge

I charge up my Luxe and i go to bed with 100% charge and it drains and shuts off during my sleep and then doesn't record my sleep data.  In AM I put it on charger, it comes back on and has 93% charge.

Hi, @SouthernSookie welcome to the community, you do not mention how long you've had your Lux, small-form wearable devices do have a limited useful life span dictated by the number of charge/discharge cycles they've been through. Try restarting your Lux as demonstrated in this video and try an alternative watch face (this sometimes resolves problems)

If you are still stuck talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility, it's a good move to note the steps you've taken & the results before calling so you can brief the agent clearly.

Depending on how long you've had your Lux you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy much depends on where you are and from whom you bought your device.
