Vibrating during intervals works sometimes.

I purchased the Luxe solely for the interval settings - I like to stretch through the day. However, the interval workout will occasionally stop vibrating, signalling the change in rest/work. This is soooo annoying!  Yes - I've restarted... Everything. I've removed the workout synced add the workout, yadda yadda.

I've had my Luxe for about 6 months, this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had this issue - I have no idea how it gets "fixed".
