Luxe won't respond

My fit bit Luxe is only 4 weeks old. I charged it yesterday and now it will not start up. I have tried the 3 pushes of the button on the charging cord but still no go. The app tells me it is 100% charged. What do I do now ? Thanks

Are the green LEDs blinking?

Have you tried charging it on another USB port or using another USB port for the restart?
What do you see/feel when restarting the Luxe?

I connected the usb charger to a pc and it works now.
