Luxe won't set up

I have a new Luxe out of the box today:

  • Connected to chage 
  • Fully charged
  • Not found by phone or computer Bluetooth
  • Restarted by doing the charger button press 3x
  • Screen shows "Download the fitbit app" and won't leave that message
  • Plug back in to the charger - it shows 100% but won't leave that screen and is not discoverable by phone or computer bluetooth

Around and around I go.  Help!!!
