Luxe won't show the correct time

Why is the clock 11 minutes slow on my Luxe? It’s at 90% charged. How can I fix it?

When it syncs, it will take time from phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you. I guess it hadn’t synched for awhile. It’s updated now.

The time shouldn't get off; nobody is quite sure why or how that happens but a successful sync is the only way to set the date or time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
