Luxe won't stay connected to my iOS device

At first everything was fine - For the past few months not so - my Luxe has not synced since May 8 - it syncs the steps then disappears - I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone; turned the Bluetooth on and off I can't count the times and have restarted my device numerous times to no avail...also deleted and reinstalled luxe on the app and restarted my phone. I'm at my wits end - any other suggestions?

Notifications have only worked for 2 weeks total, and I've had this luxe for less than a year 😞

Hi there, @SubieRoo. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.
