I’ve had my Luxe for more than 3 nights and I’m not seeing the Temperature tile to add to Today on the Fitbit App. Also I have clearly connected my Luxe, but the specific Luxe Forum is “access denied”

JohnnyRow was just letting you know it successfully posted in the Luxe forum because it sounded like you were having issues. He’s a Fitbit user like you and me - not Fitbit customer service.
There isn’t a temp tile. You can find the skin temperature information by tapping on the ‘Health Metrics’ tile.
It’s great that it made it but when I click ‘Luxe Forum’, I still get the “access denied” screen. I have to go to the regular forum, then scroll through all the devices, then select Luxe to get here. You should remove the first link if that’s how everyone is getting here. Also please respond to my question about temperature.

Thank you! Does anyone know if temperature shows up (stand alone, like HR) on the Luxe display itself?
Best AnswerOn the phone app, I do have a temperature tile that I can add by clicking the 'Edit" button near top right, then scrolling down to 'Additional Stats' and add it to regular display. But it works a bit strange. If you click the plus sign (+) at the right, it asks for you to log you core temp, as opposed to skin temp. But if you tap the tile away from the +, it shows nightly skin temp.
When you get "access denied" for Luxe forum, where are you coming from? Is this from within the phone app, or from web browser fitbit.com or elsewhere.
I am generally on desktop PC in Communities from fitbit.com so often am not familiar with all the possible entry points.
