For the past 6 days, my Luxe won't sync to my phone. In the Fitbit app, it says "no info available" for my device, but then also says "update available". However, the "update device software" button is grayed out, not pink. I have restarted my phone and my Luxe.

I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not syncing nor updating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Once you manage to sync your Luxe, please try checking for the update. If the issue persists, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
