Luxe won't sync my sleep data

DAMMIT FITBIT!!!!

I had this issue last month also, first with the syncing ( yes I have performed all the acrobatic rubbish ie Bluetooth on and off/uninstall-reinstall/restart device etc ) and then sleep stopped tracking. These randomly resolved themselves after 5 days of it although I am guaranteed to have one day missing a week of sleep tracking now which I just accepted.. but now both issues are back in full force. Don’t say it’s me or something I’ve done/not done.. no battery is not critically low..I slept in the same position I always do.. no I am not dead! It can’t say I am wearing it correctly and take data then change its mind when it’s on its period!

That’s 2 mornings in a row I’ve woken up in a bad mood due to this stupid luxe. This happened 5 times last month which makes my overall sleep score a lie so defeats the object really doesn’t it? It’s supposed to record crap not make me stressed.

I have had ENOUGH of this!!! Get ur s**t together FITBIT!! You are the bane of my life lately

Hi, @Loren-Amii, welcome, you may be interested in this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? , I apologise if you have seen it already. The important point is that "When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, the device records that you’re asleep". If you are a restless sleeper your movement may interrupt the process.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

I’m having the same issue with mine and have jumped through all of the same hoops.  I just tried to reach out to support and they were useless.

Hi there, I still get that at least once a week, sometimes twice! No idea what causes it, makes my overall sleep score a lie, over the weekend I got one that says I slept 2 hours which was bull.. the only poor sleep score I’ve ever had and it was a lie lol

Hi there, it seemed to resolve itself with the sync issue, I did nothing to warrant either way. Still get the no sleep score at least once a week and again I do nothing to warrant that also, so frustrating! How can it be fine for the majority of time then decide not to give you a score/ not sync.
I feel the technology is in its infancy as with a lot of things ( crashing computers/phone issues/Wi-Fi going down ) therefore should not have been brought out until it was ready. Fitbit never take responsibility and just blame you for something you have or have not done, they just use their workers ( who are just every day people not a technician ) to give generic answers saying it’s something you’ve done/not done right. It’s insulting to say the least, especially when their customers pay so much for their devices and memberships. Hope your issues resolve themselves soon, since mine has resolved I have not updated the software as I feel it was that that caused my issues.

Hi there, yes you will only receive generic requests from technical support. It’s always  something you’ve done/not done right, they will never admit it’s their software that is the issue. I’ve stopped updating the software and appears to have resolved my issues apart from not getting a sleep score once a week, sometimes twice.
