Luxe won’t sync, randomly turned off, and time changed

My luxe will not sync despite following instructions given in chat and restarting luxe. Yesterday it randomly turned off while wearing it- (battery at 83% when I plugged it in) and the time changed to - 1/2 hours behind the time

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1644195525366.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

There are two ways to restart the Fitbit Luxe, you can find instructions on how to perform both in this article.

 

The time should get fixed automatically after syncing your Luxe. If necessary, you can change the time on your Fitbit device by following these instructions.
