Luxe won't sync

I had this for Christmas, it worked fine then this morning it wouldn't turn on when I double tapped it, had to reset it twice before it worked again, it hasn't synced to my phone at all even after I have done all the troubleshooting tips etc, nothing at all, can't get it to sync, even tried it manually and still nothing. What do I do? Is it broken or is this a problem on the fitbit app side?

Hi there, @Louapple @JanelUK. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe devices. I understand where your concern is coming from.

in addition to the steps you've done so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Hi there

Mine occasionally won’t sync and the only thing I’ve found that works is to charge it and press the little button on the black part of the charger 3 times.

I saw it in a YouTube video.

“From:-

Fitbit Luxe: How to Sync,
Pair, Unpair, Repair (Can't S..”

He goes through a lot of ways to troubleshoot and sync it.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

Doing the steps you mention, will any data that has not been synced be deleted?

Thanks
