Luxe screen was unresponsive so left to run out of battery and charged back up. Now the screen is on but doesn't work to my touch, but does keep pressing buttons.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My luxe is completely new and it does nothing but show the clock. Ive reset it, rebooted it, changed the clock … nothing works🙄

I have the same issue. I tried the reset and changing the clock face. Both were unsuccessful. Any other suggestions?
