My luxe is not syncing?? It has sync before but it won’t now, anyone know why?

Hi, @3l1 , sync problems are not unusual and often spontaneously resolve themselves without you doing anything - though I know it can be frustrating when you want to see your stats!
I find the easiest way to force a sync is simply to log out of the app and then log back in again (but be sure you know your email and password that you use with your Fitbit!)
If that doesn’t work, please see the help article for tips when your Fitbit won’t sync . You can work through the steps there. Note that Fitbit moderators recommend removing your Fitbit from your account and re-setting it up. I do not recommend this and would try other steps first as I feel that removing a non syncing Fitbit can cause more problems than it solves.
