In August my luxe stopped syncing. I called customer support and we had to reinstall the luxe as a new device (find a device option). It worked fine again until this week and again it's not syncing. When I open the app in the morning I can see how many steps I had the day before, but once it updates to the new days steps, the steps from the day before go to zero. I already lost 6 weeks of steps between AUgust and September and now I've lost another week of steps. Is this something I am going to have to do over and over? I've had it less than a year and a step tracker is pretty much useless if I lose the steps on a regular basis.

My new FitBit Luxe just stopped synching as well after 1 week. Can anyone please advise? Will I have to keep reinstalling?
