Luxe won't sync

My luxe won't sync to my phone. Can someone help? I already went to digital walker philippines. They said to go here. Always like this

Hello @Amieevangelista is your Luxe still connected to your fitbit account? You don't want to remove the tracker with a sync issue. (you will be trying to setup a tracker that you know is not communicating with the fitbit app)

If it is not, we now have a setup issue. 

 

Not sure which phone you have, or if their is any ongoing issues with your phone model, is it the flip phone, 

 

First thoughts 

  • Open the phones settings
  • Clear Cache
  • Through the phone settings, Stop the fitbit app 
  • Restart the phone
  • Restart the Luxe. Put the Luxe on its plugged in charger. Hold in the button on the Charger for 10 seconds 

Now opener the fitbit app, if the Luxe is connected it will try and sync. 

Or you may need to setup the Luxe.
