My Luxe is no longer syncing. Have tried resetting Bluetooth, restarting iPhone, uninstalled the app and reinstalling. Nothing works. The website app is up-to-date, but not the app itself. I saw the banner about known issue, but with no access to details I don’t know if this is one of the device/phone combinations impacted or not.

Hi, @DIDurgee! Seems like the issue is on the server end. Both iOS and Android are impacted and it doesn't seem to matter which app version you have.
